Which countries does MyQS support?
MyQS works in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Cyprus. Choose your country in Settings and every quote, Bill of Quantities and take-off switches to your local currency, units, terminology, rate card and measurement standard (NRM1, MasterFormat or AIQS). UK is the default, and more regions are added regularly.
Will it price in my local currency and units?
Yes. Quotes and BoQs are produced in your region's currency (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD or NZD) and units (metric or imperial), using a localised mid-market rate card — not a generic FX conversion of UK prices.
What can I upload?
PDFs or images of drawings, blueprints or floor plans. MyQS reads the geometry, extracts every measurable item and prices it. The interactive take-off works on any plan, in any region.
How accurate are the prices?
Each region uses a curated mid-market rate library plus AI trained on local construction practice, then applies a sub-region cost multiplier (metro vs rural, for example). Every line is fully editable, so you refine a strong first pass rather than build from scratch.
Can I use my own rates?
Yes — start from the regional mid-market rate library and override any rate. Every quote you generate then uses your own library, not generic estimates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your Settings page with one click — no cancellation fees, and your account stays active until the end of your billing period.
